2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the authority concerned for the relief(s) as prayed for in paragraph no.1 of the present writ petition, which is inter alia as follows : -

Patna High Court CWJC No.11403 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 "That, this petition is for setting aside the Office Order No.148 dated 13.06.2024 issued by Sri Aditya Kumar Jha, Special Officer, Finance Department, Govt. of Bihar refusing their claims for counting their services from date of initial appointment, pay protection and grant of consequential benefits in terms of judicial order in case of similarly situated and an identical without proper appreciation of facts, law and judicial orders passed in different writ proceedings including departmental resolution contained in Memo No.2110 dated 11.03.2022 and the further prayer for grant of equal treatment with benefits provided to their counterparts for maintaining equity amongst all, which are fundamental rights and for other necessary relief/reliefs to the basis of facts and circumstances of the case as stated, enumerated and discussed hereinafter."

2. Considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
