Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 08.09.2014 and the accusation is that one country made pistol was recovered from his conscious possession and apart from this, it has been pleaded at para-3 of the petition that petitioner carries criminal antecedent of five cases but it appears that last case against the petitioner was registered in the year 2011 and between 2011 to 2014 not a single case was registered against him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as detention of the petitioner in the jail custody, let petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
