The petitioner had earlier approached this Court for seeking regular bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 23773 of 2014 which was rejected by an order dated 12.06.2014 with an observation that if there is no substantial progress in the trial within six months from the date of communication of the present order before the court below, the petitioner shall have liberty to renew his prayer for bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far only one witness has been examined and it has been stated in the application that there is no chance of substantial progress of trial in the near future.
In view of the above, let the petitioner Dablu Yadav be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6298 of 2015 (2) dt.18-02-2015 P2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of rupees ten thousand (Rs. 10, 000/-) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Munger, in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S.
