This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to cancel the pre-arrest bail as granted to the opposite party no.2 vide order dated 08.09.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.25947 of 2017 by this Court.

It appears that the opposite party no.2 was allowed the privilege of pre-arrest bail vide order dated 08.09.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.25947 of 2017 by this Court, taking into consideration the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner to the effect that she is not ready to lead her conjugal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57043 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 life with the opposite party no.2 due to his ill-behavour and harassment and she has also filed a Divorce Case. I find no reason to cancel the pre-arrest bail of the opposite party no.2 as granted to him vide order dated 08.09.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.25947 of 2017 by this Court. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed. Let this order be communicated to the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-C.B.I.-II, Patna, in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S.
