In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015 registered for offence under sections 323, 324, 326, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

About 3-4 persons including the petitioner intercepted the victim, took him forcibly and on the next date the body of the victim was found dead.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the inquest and post mortem report, the head of the victim was chopped off and the petitioner was holding lathi, in no manner such allegation can be attributed to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7976 of 2016 (5) dt.02-05-2016 2/2 The counsel for the informant submits that the Doctor has found the injury by hard blunt substance. Paragraphs 11, 12 and 13 of the case diary indicate the involvement of the petitioner in the incident.

This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
