ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 19.4.2014.

In the nature of dispute between the Parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but, unfortunately, the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 19.4.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No. 1562 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.

The Petitioner shall from now pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- instead of Rs.2,500/-.
