The petitioner is accused in connection with Shahpur (Bahoranpur) P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015 registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant by her husband and in laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle and cash.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there was love affairs between the petitioner and the deceased and marriage was also performed according to their sweet will. Further submission is that petitioner is used to reside at Chennai and he was not able to give
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9146 of 2016 (3) dt.11-04-2016 money to his wife and his parents due to that reason wife of the petitioner was frustrated and consumed poison. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ara, in connection with Shahpur (Bahoranpur) P.S.
