2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present bail application considering the fact that the petitioner has every likelihood to be released on regular bail in view of general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner and direct allegation is against one co-accused Gulshan Kumar Singh.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail.
