ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and also under Section 25 (1-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering that there is an allegation against the petitioner that he was involved in selling arms and ammunition, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude it expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination alongwith a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, Begusarai who is directed to ensure the
