This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Udakishunganj P.S. Case No.178 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 8(c), 21(A) of the NDPS Act and under Section 25(1-b) a.26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The recovery of illegal arms and smack is from co-accused Dilkhush Kumar and Saurav Kumar. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51531 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Madhepura, in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 178 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Udakishunganj Police Station, District- Madhepura on first Sunday of every month.
