Heard both sides.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 312/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The informant made allegation that the petitioner killed his wife by strangulating her.
It is submitted that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. The father-in-law of the deceased has already been enlarged on bail.
The deceased committed suicide but it appears that the petitioner being the husband assaulted his wife. The petitioner confessed before the villagers that he killed his wife. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of one year from the date
