Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mrs. Tanuja Mishra, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State and Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as the 'Corporation'). The dispute relates to payment of rent for the godown of the petitioner which has been hired by the Corporation.

In view of agreement between the parties, the writ petition stands disposed off in terms of the undertaking given by learned counsel for the Corporation that all admitted dues of the rent in terms of the agreement between the parties and at the rate fixed by the competent authority shall be paid to the petitioner within two months from today.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
