The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No. 304 of 2018, Registration No. 416/18, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that 20 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from house of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 19.6.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44951 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur, in connection with Excise Case No. 304 of 2018, Registration No. 416/18, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
