Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with one other FIR named accused took huge amount from the informant to provide him job but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that informant had taken loan from the petitioner but did not return the same for which petitioner filed complaint case being Complaint case no. 3565C/2012 on 24.12.2012 and in retaliation to the aforesaid complaint case, informant has brought this false case against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
