The petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 324, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation against the petitioner is of causing injury by firearm to the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injuries have been found simple and the case lodged by the petitioner side was registered at earlier point of time.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of injury caused and the case lodged by the petitioner side at earlier point of time, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014.
