2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the informant was returning to his home after giving his motorcycle to repair to a mechanic and when he reached near Mazar of Mirzapur, the petitioner along with two other accused persons encircled him and started abusing and assaulting. They assaulted the informant with danda, fists and slaps. The petitioner assaulted the informant with butt of pistol on his head.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent. He is a person of clean antecedent. There is specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant with butt of the pistol, but there is only one injury which is simple in nature.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XIV, Gopalganj in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
