JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 18-01-2018 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we find that in the F.I.R. and seizure memo. particulars of the vehicle, which was seized, is shown as BR 05H 5446. However, due to error committed in mentioning correct number in the writ petition, in the order passed by this Court on 09.01.2018 in C.W.J.C. No.

Patna High Court MJC No.151 of 2018 (2) dt.18-01-2018 2/2 265 of 2018, the number of vehicle is shown as BR 05H- 5546. This is an error caused due to some typographical mistake committed in mentioning the number of vehicle in the body of the writ petition.

Being satisfied that this is a bona fide error, we allow this application and clarify that the order passed on 09.01. with regard to release of the vehicle pertains to Scorpio bearing registration no. BR 05H 5446.

With the aforesaid correction in the order dated 09.01.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 265 of 2018, this application stands disposed of.
