JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The specific accusation of assaulting the informant's side is against Mahabir Sah, Brijbihari Sah and Murari Sah. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that specific accusation of assault is not alleged against these petitioners. The injury has been found to be simple and there is counter version of the occurrence also when petitioners' side also received injury. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or

Case No. 491 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
