JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and it appears that the name of the petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Khajo Yadav and after that petitioner was arrested and he, too, confessed his guilt. Furthermore, it appears that blood stained Tangi and other articles were recovered from the house of other co-accused and nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

No doubt, it is a serious case of double murder but taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as circumstances of the case and also keeping in mind that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7836 of 2016 (2) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sumit Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No.152 of 2015.
