JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 342, 353, 427, 504, 506 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that two persons were assaulted by 100-150 people and when the police reached at the place of occurrence, the mob obstructed the police to perform their duties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and his name sprang up during investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3836 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishanganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2013.
