Patna High Court CWJC No.1582 of 2018 (3) dt.16-02-2018 2/2 a reference was made to the order in "C.W.J.C. No. 14493 of 2008 vide order dated 21.3.2012" has been typed.
In view of the above, necessary modification in order no.2 dated 02.02.2018, at page no.2, is required. Accordingly, order no.2 dated 02.02.2018, at page no.2, so far as the reference of C.W.J.C. No. 14493 of 2008 vide order dated 21.3.2012 is concerned, it should be read as L.P.A. No. 501 of 2017 vide order dated 14.11.2017.
In view of the decision of the Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 501 of 2017 dated 14.11.207, Annexure-4, the writ petition is disposed of with similar terms and direction to the respondents to proceed in accordance with law after reinstating the petitioners.
It is made clear that for the intervening period no salary will be paid to the petitioners. The salary of the petitioners would depend upon the final out come of the enquiry conducted by the respondents, so far as it relates to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
