JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and his wife. The informant sustained altogether six injuries and all the injuries were found simple in nature but dangerous to life. So far as wife of the informant is concerned, she sustained simple injury. Petitioners are in jail custody since 30.12.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
