The basic accusation is torture and performance of second marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has not performed second marriage. Considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sikrahana at Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 25 of 2014.
