JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against him nor any witness claimed to have seen the actual killing of the deceased. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, coaccused Angad Noniya and others have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Chainpur P.S.Case No. 206 of 2014.
