The petitioner seeks bail in Turkauliya (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 206/2019, instituted for offences under Section(s) 324, 307, 120(B), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. Name of this petitioner has come in the re-statement of informant in para 5 of case diary but in that statement also, no specific allegation has been alleged against this petitioner.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence two unknown persons came on motorcycle and made

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44688 of 2019(3) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 firing on the informant. Thereafter, one Raj Tilak Singh made firing on the informant. The informant sustained firearm injuries on shoulder, abdomen and right hand.

Petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Turkauliya (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 206/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
