No. 8355 of 2018, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhepura to complete the formality in order to comply the direction of this Court dated 27.09.2018.

2. From the interlocutory application, it appears that the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhepura has prayed for three months time so that necessary formality may be

3. Considering the prayer made in the interlocutory application, the Court hope and trust that the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhepura will stand by his commitment made in the interlocutory application and do the needful in order to comply the direction of this Court dated 27.09.2018 within the time indicated in the interlocutory application. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to furnish all the relevant documents including the order of this Court to facilitate the respondent no.4 in taking decision with regard to claim of the petitioner at the earliest.
