Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation regarding non-grant of the benefits of A.C.P. and M.A.C.P. before the respondent no. 2 within two weeks from today and the respondent no. 2 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks thereafter.
