Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 341, 323 & 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the petitioner that there is no specific allegation against her in the F.I.R. of assault the deceased but in the further statement of the informant it has come that it was Rajesh Kumar Singh, who has assaulted the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a lady and both the parties are agnates and because of civil dispute the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1713 of 2021(4) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 petitioner has been falsely been implicated in this case. Considering the aforesaid facts as well as the fact that the petitioner is a lady of 35 years, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Hilsa at Nalanda, in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
