Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it is very difficult to gather from the impugned order as to how name of the petitioner came in this case but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was arrested by the police on mere suspicion as the petitioner carries criminal antecedent and except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 16.5.2015 and up till now, I.O. did not arrange TI Parade of the petitioner. It is further submitted that, moreover, having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
