The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Jalalgarh P.S.Case no.46 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341,323, 324, 325, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner nos. 2 to 4 along with other accused persons are said to have assaulted the deceased by various weapons causing injury to him and later on he succumbed to the injuries and so far petitioner no.1 is concerned, he is said to have

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that so far petitioner no.1 is concerned, he has not assaulted to the deceased though the injuries are grievous in nature but the eye was not damaged. It is further submitted that so far petitioner nos. 2 to 4 are concerned, there are allegation of assault against the petitioner nos. 2 to 4 and other accused persons. No specific allegation has been attributed. They are in custody 14.5.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for bail that earlier also a case had been lodged by the informant's side against the petitioners. There are altogether nine injuries on the person of the deceased..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Jalalgarh P.S.Case no.46 of 2019 with condition hat he has to co-operate in the committal proceeding as well as
