This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code. It is mentioned in the impugned order that the Investigating Officer during course of investigation has not found any burnt articles at the place of occurrence.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Sadar at Motihari in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2015.
