Petitioner Fekan Sahni seeks bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 151 of 2013, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Lalit Rai lodged a case against unknown.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of Anil Kumar Singh that too in another case, i.e., Jandaha P.S. Case No. 293 of 2013. Petitioner is in jail since 23.11.2014 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.
Having considered the fact that except confessional

No.3701 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 statement, there is no cogent reason to show the involvement of the petitioner, petitioner Fekan Sahni is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jandaha P.S.
