In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 244 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 464, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 66 (C) (D) of the I.T. Act.

The police arrested one person, namely, Vijay Kumar and he disclosed the name of this petitioner, he is a member of cyber crime, later on, he also stated that his Sarhu, Sala, present petitioner were also involved in the cyber crime, they used to cheat the consumer in a different manner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.44742 of 2019(2) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 no material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, but looking to the entire fact, it requires that the petitioner must face the police interrogation. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below and prays for regular bail, the court below without being prejudiced by this order, will take decision in accordance with law.
