The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 363, 366(A) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The mother of the victim made allegation that her daughter became traceless since 26.07.2014. The informant further alleged that Rakesh Ram (the petitioner) and others kidnapped her daughter and confined her in a room. It is submitted that the date of occurrence is '26.07.2014' but the F.I.R. was lodged on '06.10.2014', i.e., approximately after three months. The victim was recovered and she made her statements under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. She disclosed that the petitioner had confined her in a room but the petitioner did not commit any illegal acts with her. It is submitted that the victim was having love affairs with the petitioner.
