2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 414, 420 and 467 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 32, 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 158.625 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Charge has already been framed on 09.09.2025. Petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2025.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 80 of 2024.
