The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.201 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 341, 323, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegation as also the fact that there is inordinate delay of more than four years in lodging the FIR without there being any proper explanation for such delay, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
