The petitioner seeks bail in Sirdala P.S. Case No. 57 of 1998, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was granted bail by the order dated 14.02.2000 and he misused the privilege of bail. He has misused his bail for years for that he is languishing in jail for four and half months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge I, Nawada in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 57/1998.
