Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. Petitioner, who is in custody since 24.06.2020, seeks regular bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 354 of 2020 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner has been made accused in altogether ten cases and in view of the accusation made against the petitioner in the present case with respect to Kanti P.S. Case No. 354 of 2020, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

The Court below is directed to conclude the trial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58088 of 2021(3) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 expeditiously within a period of eleven months. If no substantial progress takes place in conduct of trial, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid period.
