The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:- "i. For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction to the Circle officer Bodh Gaya (respondent No.6) to decide mutation case No.4304R-27/2023-2024 without any further delay considering the vital fact that judgment and decree has been passed has

ii. For issuance of writ in the nature mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction to the respondents No.6 to decide mutation case No.4304R-27/2023-2024 within reasonable time.

Iii. For issuance of any other appropriate writ or direction for which the petitioner is otherwise entitled in the eye of law."

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner seeks disposal of his representation dated 21-09-2023 (Annexure-2), pending before the Circle Officer, Bodh Gaya, Gaya (respondent No.6) for mutation of the land in question within a limited time frame.

Per contra, learned counsel for the State does not object to the limited grievance of the petitioner regarding disposal of representation dated 21-09-2023 (Annexure-2), pending consideration before the Circle Officer, Bodh Gaya, Gaya.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the Circle Officer, Bodh Gaya, Gaya (respondent No.6) is directed to dispose of the representation dated 21-09-2023 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period
