The petitioner seeks bail in Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 18/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/409/467/468/471, 477(1) & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner being Daftari in Central Bank of India, taken money from Guriya Devi and others to deposit the same in their respective account. The petitioner also issued receipt acknowledging the deposit of money in the account but later on transpired that the petitioner did not deposit the amount in the account of Guriya Devi and others. It is submitted that Guriya Devi, complained about non-deposit of the money, has already filed a petition that she

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12315 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 compromised the case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S.
