JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 Mr. Shilbhadra Jha, learned advocate, appearing for informant, informs this court that today, he has filed power on behalf of the informant in the office but the said power has not been brought on record.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and learned counsel, appearing for the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is legally wedded wife of the petitioner but some confusion arose between the petitioner and the informant and after that, the informant lodged the present case but when she realized her fault, she entered into compromise and presently, she has been residing in the house of the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8028 of 2016 (2) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 Mr. Jha, learned counsel, appearing for the informant seconded the above-said submission.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
