The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 343C of 2019 registered under Sections 376, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that earlier, the complainant (Opposite Party No. 2) also lodged F.I.R. against the petitioner and his family members and the case was properly investigated and the police submitted final form against
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1601 of 2021(4) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 the petitioner. The complainant has again filed the second case (present case) against the petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif in connection with Complaint Case No. 343C of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
