The petitioner seeks bail in Pandaul P.S. Case No. 149 of 2000, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation against the petitioner and others that they assaulted her son and killed him. It is submitted that there is a general allegation against the accused. Other co-accused, namely Pashupati Nath Choudhary and others have been enlarged on bail. The case of the petitioner stands on the same. The petitioner is in jail since 20.11.2014.
