Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

There is recovery of 51.3 litres of illicit liquor

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1531 of 2021(2) dt.29-10-2021 2/2 from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

Considering the recovery of illicit liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail which shall be considered by the Court below without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

The application stands disposed off.
