The petitioner is an accused of Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 170 of 2014 registered under sections 25(1-b) A, 26 of the Arms Act. A country-made pistol and cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. From perusal of the impugned order it appears that the petitioner is also involved in other cases.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2014.

Counsel for the State points out that apart from the present allegation it has also been found that the petitioner was using the motorcycle which was not owned by him. The criminal

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. His prayer for bail is accordingly rejected. He shall have liberty to renew his prayer if the trial does not record adequate progress within five months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below.
