Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the F.I.R that at the instigation of this petitioner the informant purchased a land from

No.1529 of 2021(2) dt.01-11-2021 2/3 one Raman Tiwary @ Munna Tiwary for a consideration amount of Rs. 3,40,000/- but when the informant went to take possession of the land in question, the agnates of Raman Tiwary @ Munna Tiwary abused the informant and did not allow to take possession of the land in question.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is only the identifier of the land in question. Moreover, for a civil nature of dispute, the petitioner has been dragged in a criminal proceeding. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at
