The petitioner is accused in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2013, registered under Sections 302, 342 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that the dead body of Krishnandan Thakur @ Chattu Thakur, son of the informant, was found in the field. The informant raised suspicion against Ashok Sah stating that he has committed murder of deceased Krishnandan Thakur @ Chattu Thakur due to dispute relating to transaction of the money.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation the witnesses have raised suspicion
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9234 of 2016 (2) dt.01-04-2016 2/2 against the petitioner that he was also seen with the deceased and other co-accused, except the suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 14.12.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. District and Sessions Judge-I, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2013 (S.T. No. 03 of 2016.
