The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case no. 116 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 387, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 16.08.2017 Bimla Devi, her husband Lalan Singh, Kameshwar Singh and Pradeep Tiwari were ploughing the filed which was purchased by the informant Bhanu Pratap Singh in the name of his wife Madhuri Devi through tractor. When the informant made protest at that time petitioners along with Jitendra Singh came there and told that due to non-giving of ransom of Rs. 10 Lakhs they have permitted to Bimla Devi to plough the field. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54129 of 2017 (2) dt.14-11-2017 2/2 that time all the accused started to abuse him giving threatening to kill and also snatched the golden chain worth of Rs. 60,000/- and cash of Rs. 5000/- from his pocket.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, the petitioners who have no criminal antecedent have falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics making false allegation of demand of ransom of Rs. 10 Lakhs. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur, Bhabua in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 116 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
