In view of the subsequent development of termination of the petitioner from service, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in order to file a fresh writ petition challenging the order of termination as the termination is a fresh cause of action and as such the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent forum for redressal of her grievance.
