04-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of 'dowry death'. Petitioner is father-inlaw of the deceased. Thrust of the allegation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioner is separate in mess & property and has got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. The allegation of torture and demand of dowry is general and omnibus.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on
